Author's rights
By submitting to us, if accepted, you grant us first electronic rights (if previously unpublished) and non-exclusive archival rights. All submissions remain the intellectual property of the artist. Rights revert back to the creator upon publication. RECESSES accepts simultaneous submissions, however you must let us know if your piece has been accepted elsewhere and if you would like it to be published in our 'zine, also. If yes, see line below regarding previously published work. RECESSES accepts previously published work, but please provide the details (where it was published, dates of publication, links where applicable) so we can provide this information if work gets accepted.
