Our publishing agreement requires temporary exclusive rights, then anthology and archival rights.

Pays! Beginning in January 2023 we pay $100/story, upon publication in the quarterly issue. "Pieces published only on your personal web site or blog will be considered, but inform us of this in your cover letter."
