Everything has changed on Chill Subs!

Okay, not everything. We’re still weird. But we have changed a bunch of stuff around the site. Here are some of the latest updates.

New landing page
We have a brand new landing page where you can see our total users, publishing opportunities, and tracker stats (and also get a sneak peek at our new art style).

Side bar navigation
This is probably the biggest update. We moved the top navigation bar and burger menu to the left, making it easier to, well, navigate. Because of this, loads of features have been recategorized, including:

• Collections tab: We have merged our Bookmarks and Collections pages. Now, you can find your bookmarked collections saved right alongside Chill Subs' curated collections of magazines under our new "Collections" tab.
• New Toolbox tab: Quickly access our calendar, prose formatter, Rejection Bingo, cover letter generator, passport, and contest calculator.
• New Resources tab: We have a lot of different resources, and now you can find them in one place. Here, you’ll find links to our Substacks—Sub Club, The Forever Workshop, and First Draft November. You can also join our Discord, read the Chill Subs Blog, and explore our upcoming events.
• New Writers browse: It works now! Easily find your favorite writers by searching for their name, or search by location to find writing friends in your area. You can also sort by "most published" to see what everyone else is up to.
• New Services page: You can now find all of our services in one place: custom lit mag recommendations, agent-matching for your book, and flexible feedback.

By clicking on the hamburger, you’ll also find:

• New Newsletters tab: Manage your subscriptions to our newsletters in one place: Free Shit for Writers; Events & Community; Platform Updates; and Promotional Updates.
• New Membership page: Explore everything we have to offer on our new membership page! We’ve added new hover-state descriptions and animations that better show what our upgraded features can do.

We have also punched up our about page, Rejection Bingo, and the Calendar. And we revamped the cards on the Browse page too—now, if you expand your screen, you will create three rows of lit mag cards. Nikita worked some of his magic to make them look nice as you expand or contract your screen.
